Subscription

  • Go to our membership page click the membership sign up button.

    Follow instructions to make a new account, you will be required to enter your name, email, and create a password.

  • To cancel your subscription please follow the steps below.

    1. Log into your customer account.

    2. Click Account, then click Digital products or Subscriptions.

    3. Click the digital product you want to cancel.

    4. If you have remaining payments, click Go manage subscription. Otherwise, move to the next step.

    5. Click Cancel subscription, then click Cancel subscription again to confirm.

    When you cancel your membership, you’ll keep access to gated content for the remainder of the billing cycle. At the end of the billing cycle, your account will fully expire. You'll still have access to your customer account, but links to digital product content won't display.

    If you are on a fixed-amount or a free pricing plan you cannot cancel your subscription. if you are on a fixed-amount plan, either paid in full or in installments, you will retain access to the content indefinitely.

Billing and Refunds

  • To request a refund you must send an email to info@raremoments.media

  • If your payment is late you have a 15 day grace period from the day of the default. Balance will need to be paid within the grace period for you to continue to use our service.

Account Access

  • If you forget your password or username an email will be sent to you to recover your account

  • If your account is locked you must send an email to info@raremoments.media
