DUCKWRTH unleashes "HURRICANE J.I.M." ahead of his third studio album “ALL AMERICAN F⭐CKBOY”

LA artist, musician and creative Duckwrth leans into the chaos across “Hurricane J.I.M.” – the official release of his recent COLORS performance, taken from All American F ⭐ckBoy dropping April 2nd.
Following serious attention across London Fashion Week, plugged by the BRITISH FASHION COUNCIL, THE GUARDIAN and HIGHSNOBIETY, as well as incendiary performances across ON THE RADAR for an exclusive showing of “PitBull” (watch) and COLORSxSTUDIOS, Duckwrth flips the script and delivers the official release of “Hurricane J.I.M.”. Bursting with rolling basslines and syncopated percussion, the alt-punk record lays groundwork for his emotionally-charged, quick-witted lyrics pleading: “I found peace in the middle // While everyone’s around going stupid.” Seeking solace within dark and toxic spaces, the track captures the LA cult icon at a complex crossroads: to battle the seductive, and destructive affinities or let his all-consuming, powerful alt-ego take control.
Speaking on the track, Duckwrth mentions: "You never really heal and move on from your traumas until you first admit that they’re there. This song is me accepting that I’m fully engulfed in the storm. But like every hurricane, there’s the eye—the most peaceful place in the storm. I metaphorically call this place ‘acceptance.’ A place where you have a clear view of the chaos around you.”
Duckwrth’s new cut follows on from two critically acclaimed singles “Had Enough” (watch) and “Toxic Romantic” (watch). The first video, directed by Alex 'Grizz' Loucas, takes us on a visceral afterparty journey; Duckwrth’s choreography mirroring the impact of alcohol and substance abuse. While the second, directed by Griffin Olis, packs the type of absurdism you’d expect in the allure of toxic influences. From hazy, drunken altercations and high-speed pursuits to the moment of realisation, the singles earned significant praise from the likes of ROLLING STONE, WONDERLAND, CLASH and NOTION (Cover) - all proclaiming an important and influential voice pushing art as both a wild storyteller and vulnerable young man.

Through themes of toxic love, hedonism, and the consequences of his actions, he reveals how escapism, generational trauma, and a fractured sense of self fuel destructive impulses.
